BRAND NEW in Studio 2: Authenticity and Intimacy: 12-Week Course
We will be exploring how to use mindfulness and body awareness for a more authentic connection to ourselves, to life and to the other. This is intimacy, being real with ourselves, and being real in relationship. We will be using mindfulness practises and principles to expand our capacity to be open, vulnerable, courageous and loving.
This course, which will take place in studio 2, is for all levels and open to everyone. Please book your place online as spaces are limited (10 people). Unfortunately, you will not be able to make-up sessions for missed classes.
