Refund & Cancellation Policy
* I am signed up for a class, can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellations for classes need to be made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be deducted from your class pass.
*My class pass is about to expire, can I extend it?
Yes. We can extend your class pass for 2 weeks, for a fee of £15.
Please note we can only do this one time per class pass.
*Can I share my class pass with a relative or friend?
No. Each person requires their own class pass.
* Can I get a refund if I buy a class pass?
No. However you can use the credit for any Workshop or Urban Retreat.
* Can I get a refund if I book a Workshop?
No. However you can use the credit for any future Workshop, Urban Retreat or a class pass.
* Can I get a refund if I book a place on a Retreat?
No. Refunds are not possible for retreats. The only exception we make is if a replacement has been found to take your place (this will still incur a £50 admin fee).
Just wanted to reassure you; we do NOT pass on emails or other confidential data to any other parties, ever. Nor will we be doing so in the future.
Further, you can unsubscribe from our database at any time. Just click the link at the bottom of our newsletter email – and it will happen automatically.
