Foundations of Mindfulness 12 Week Course

This 12-week course aims to explore and consolidate the process and methods of Mindfulness.


Join Aoife on an in-depth journey into Mindfulness. This course encourages students to develop insight into their thoughts, emotions, sensations and behaviours. It centers on learning the fundamentals, based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction principles. Techniques such as mindful sitting and mindful walking can help us become more focused, relaxed and present.

This course is a courageous path to embark on. It is an exciting one. Although the techniques are simple, their integration can have a profound effect and a long lasting one.


Each week Aoife will invite students to a homework assignment. This usually consists of 10-30min daily practice. Commitment to home practice allows students to deepen their experience of mindfulness. All levels welcome, especially complete beginners to mindfulness.



Please note that this course takes place on Thursday nights, 6.30-7.45pm in studio 2. Limited to 10 spaces. This course needs to be booked online in full, and there are unfortunately no make up sessions for missed classes.
