Ben

Ben is a hatha and vinyasa flow yoga teacher with a background as a fighter and ultra marathon runner.

His approach to yoga asana focuses on physical alignment and how we can change our mental state by creating change on the physical level. Classes are a practice in bodily alchemy – how we can manipulate neurotransmitters and change biochemistry through various poses.

This enables us to choose and change the way we feel. Classes are often energetic but with many options provided to make them accessible for all levels.

In his spare time Ben is usually practising yoga or experimenting with some other form of movement practice – from gymnastics to olympic weight lifting.

Ben can also be found taking naps frequently and reading as he is secretly an introvert -contrary to common perception!
