Yoga is a great way to introduce people to their community. Come and meet other Mums-to-be at Clare’s Saturday class.

 

Clare is a proud Brummie who moved to London 12 years ago to make her fame and fortune. She’s been practicing yoga for over 15 years as a way of keeping her sane in the crazy world of catering, in which she works away from the mat.

 

Clare undertook her 200 hour teacher with YogaLondon and began teaching Vinyasa Flow to the good people of Penge four years ago. As her classes are a way of welcoming the local community, she studied pre and post natal yoga, to make the classes safe and open to all. Clare has also studied yoga nidra with Satyanada and brings this element of yoga to every class she teaches. She prides herself on her classes being open to everyone and loves compiling new soundtracks while on the train in the mornings.

 

Away from yoga, Clare’s guilty pleasures are darts (it’s a northern thing!), annoying her two rescue cats, riding through London on ‘Boris bikes’ and supporting Aston Villa.

 

Clare teaches Pregnancy Yoga every Saturday afternoon at 2pm – 3.15pm in Studio 1.
