Proudly from Canada, Natasha is humbled to be a part of the Battersea Yoga family.
Her practice began as an escape from the chaos of life as an actress, and she found herself drawn to the concept of teaching as a means of connecting with and helping people in a truly useful way. With a background in Voice, Music and Dance, she believes in the power of breath, play and positivity and endeavours to incorporate these in her teaching style. Natasha trained in Montreal with Wanderlust Yoga under Erin Dudley and Jill Campbell, and has studied Yoga Therapy Fundamentals with Doug Keller.
She loves the universal application of yoga and believes it is for anyone and everyone. Natasha teaches Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative with a focus on discovering unique alignment and anatomy – and some great tunes. See you on the mat!
