Women’s secrets for health and well-being

In this workshop, lead by Aoife Espinosa, we will look at our menstrual cycle, understanding the changes in our body and how best to create balance and harmony on an emotional, physical, energetic and spiritual level.

Topics will include physical tiredness, exhaustion, emotional swings, mental unrest. The session will explore physical & breathing practices as well as provide a safe space for nurturing and sharing. Practices derive from Yoga and Daoist traditions.

All women welcome. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.

Aoife, (pronouced Eefa), trained in Hatha Yoga at the International School of Yoga in Madrid, Spain under Mayte Criado and Silvia Jaen. For the past 5 years she has taught students of all levels in studios across Dublin. She belives in the restorative power of yoga: its calming effect on the nervous system, and its capacity to strengthen and rejuvenate the body.

Aoife is also a naturopath and an acupuncturist, having trained at The College of Natural Medicine (CNM). She is passionate about health and well-being.
