A workshop, led by Nadia, for all those who wish to increase heart awareness and discover the real meaning of self-love.
Over the last year I have dedicated my own practice to exploring and deepening my heart awareness and capacity for self-love and healing. In this winter workshop I would like to share some of the Yoga, Mindfulness and therapeutic practices I have learned along the way which cultivate and deepen our connection to Love, Compassion and Forgiveness.
Combining deep mindful slow-flow Yoga to activate Anahatah Chakra – the seat of our emotions – breath work and Yoga Nidra followed by a teaching on the three gestures of Love and closing with the beautiful self-healing practice of Loving Kindness Meditation.
An afternoon of deep yoga, learning and self-care and healing.

Nadia was introduced to Yoga via Fausto Dorelli at the Innergy Yoga Centre in 2002. She completed her first teacher training in Hatha Yoga with the Sivananda Vedanta School of Yoga in 2004, then subsequent teacher trainings with The British Wheel of Yoga (2009) and with Swami Pragyamurti at the Satyananda School of Yoga (in Yoga Nidra) in 2012. She has also undertaken various meditation trainings, which have served to deepen her own practice and teaching.
Nadia is also a mother of four beautiful children, a pregnancy and birth specialist, the founder of the Mindful Birthing 10 Week Course, an occasional doula and a writer (when she has the time).
