Join Claire for this meditative practice that honours the infinite source of light within ourselves. Together we move deeply into the connective tissues of the shoulders, upper back and heart space through long held yin & restorative poses. We complete our practice with a calming Yoga Nidra (‘yogic sleep’), a guided meditation to quieten the mind and promote deep relaxation.
As we welcome the transition into Summer, with its promise of long days, light, warmth and sunshine, this is the perfect time to acknowledge the expansion of energy and light, both around us and within us. We will work through a number of seated and supine poses in order to invoke nourishment and vibrancy to both body and mind.
