Workshop, Talk and Q&A With Angie Alderman
Join Battersea Yoga’s Performance & Well-Being Coach, Angie Alderman, for a bite-size workshop on the 1st Sunday of every month. Find out how to put your energy and focus into making things happen in the way you want.
These sessions include a talk from Angie, group exercises relating to the topic, followed by an opportunity for questions and discussion. Each workshop will end with a free coaching tool or exercise for you to take-away.
The session will run for an hour in studio 2. Please note they are limited to 10 places, bookings in advance advised (£12pp).
Discover what negative automatic thoughts (NATS) are, and examine ways to improve your thinking and let go of those unhelpful thoughts that are not serving you.

Learn how different imagery techniques can help to break the cycle of negative thoughts, increase confidence, and improve our ability to manage situations and events. The session will close with a visual relaxation, and you’ll receive a hand-out so that you can practice this technique at home.
