Core & Pelvic Floor

This class will combine the core-building exercises of Pilates, with stretches, with a view to strengthen the body’s ‘power centre’ – the core – and to increase overall flexibility.

This is a mind-body class consisting of a series of ‘core-building’ exercises, with specific emphasis on breathing and alignment. Through consistent practice, this class will strengthen the pelvic floor muscle, core stabilising muscles, improve flexibility, balance, alignment and overall posture.
These classes are suitable for any level of practitioner, everyone welcome!
