Dynamic Hatha Yoga – All Levels

In this Dynamic Hatha class we work on synchronising all movements with our breath. We will continue to explore Sun Salutations, standing and sitting poses and balances, however we will move and flow with the breath to connect the postures into a sequence.

Enjoy a rigorous but accessible sequence that will challenge and work your body, leaving you feeling accomplished and relaxed. This practice will help you build the endurance and strength required to target some of those trickier postures including arm balances and inversions.

Open to all who have a regular practice, (except beginners) who want to challenge themselves! These classes do tend to raise the temperature of the room, so may we ask that you bring a towel.
