Hatha Yoga – All Levels
Our All Levels Hatha Yoga classes are open to everybody, whatever your level of experience. Beginners are welcome provided you have a good general level of fitness. We recommend attending our beginners classes if you are completely new to yoga.
The classes cover a full repertoire of postures, sun salutations, breathing exercises and guided relaxation techniques. There is usually a theme to the class each week, covering an important aspect of Yoga, such as; ‘listening with the body’, ‘how to use the breath’, ‘grounding oneself’, ‘observing the mind’, and so on…
