Hatha Yoga – Beginners

Beginners Hatha yoga classes ensure that you learn all of the essentials of Hatha Yoga from the ground up. We will cover the foundation postures of Hatha yoga (asanas), Pranayama (breathing techniques), an introduction to Surya Namaska (the sun salutation), and meditation.

It is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some experience and provides an excellent start to the practice.
