Lion Heart Yoga: Cultivating Courage and Facing Fears
Decisions to better ourselves can require tremendous courage. We can cultivate this in our yoga practice by setting intentions and learning to face our fears in certain postures.
Setting intentions is like drawing a map of where you would like your life to go, and in this workshop, we will begin by taking the time to meditate, reflect, & write our intentions down. We will then share these with the group (if you wish to). Carla will then lead you through various yoga sequences, which we will flow through with our intentions in mind.
