Mindfulness Meditation: From Fear into Love with Aoife

Aoife Espinosa creates a friendly and safe environment to experience the art of mindfulness. The aim of the class is for the students to become self-sufficient so that they not only benefit from the practice but are able to incorporate it in their everyday life. The warmth of sharing creates a space of community and togetherness.
These classes are composed of two aspects:
- Mindfulness practices where we deepen our skills of Mindfulness (including the body scan, mindful breathing, mindful movement and more)
- Guided meditations where we practice self-transformation. The focus of these guided meditations is to enable a shift from the current paradigm based on fear to one based on love. We explore and deepen elements such as self-acceptance, compassion, loving kindness, self-observation and forgiveness.
All levels welcome. Open to everyone. This class is limited to 10 spaces. Advance bookings online essential.
