This course will teach you the key skills of Mindfulness, including the body scan, mindful breathing, mindful movement, and more. It teaches all the essentials of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction courses, as offered by Universities across the UK. It is a beautiful, enjoyable and gentle way to engage with the practice.
For this workshop we will look at going deeper into mindfulness. Beginners are very welcome to attend, as we will cover the essentials, however we will then go beyond this, delving deeper into our mindfulness practice.
