The Foundations of Mindfulness with Mel Tokley

This class is an opportunity to learn the foundational tools of mindfulness meditation. It incorporates the key scientifically proven practices from the well-established Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) courses.
Each class will include an experiential component and the introduction of psychological concepts aimed to facilitate the deconstruction of experience to support and deepen learning and understanding.
This class is suitable for beginners and includes support to establish an independent home-based practice.
