This 12-week course aims to explore and consolidate the process and methods of Mindfulness.
It is suitable for beginners who want to learn the techniques and principles of Mindfulness as well as for practitioners who wish to revisit, develop and solidify their own practice.
Throughout the course we will study and integrate the fundamentals of well-established and scientifically proven Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) as well as other Mindfulness techniques which empower the student to develop tools for self-regulation, stress management, clarity and stability. Each week a new technique is learnt or revisited.
Students are supported to establish an independent home-based practice. The onus of the course is on experiencing the methods and understanding the psychological framework of our mind in light of Mindfulness.
Please note that this course takes place on Thursday nights, 6.30-7.45pm in studio 2 and is limited to 10 spaces. This course needs to be booked online in full, and there are unfortunately no make up sessions for missed classes.
