Ellie Harris

Having found the practise of meditation profoundly transformational in her own life, Ellie was inspired to train as a mindfulness teacher.  This was soon followed by a Sivananda yoga teacher training. Ellie teaches mindfulness, meditation and yoga from the umderstanding of its power to transform, liberate and enhance lives.  Who doesn’t want to feel better, more at peace, more alive, more wholehearted?  By releasing tensions and blockages in the body-mind system, by breaking negative and limiting patterns of behaviour and thinking, we can release a flow of energy and awareness that leads to a vastly improved and expanded life experience, and a better chance of fulfilling our maximum potential.
