Eryck started practising yoga during his professional dance career which has informed a deep understanding of the body, flow, movement as a meditation and anatomical understanding. His classes draw inspiration from yoga’s traditional roots and finding a way that we can understand this ancient knowledge and apply it into our everyday lives. Students can expect well structured sequencing, krama vinyasa, use of precise and detailed anatomical alignment as well as offering secure hands on assists whenever possible. A deep focus on breath is encouraged whilst being supported by an uplifting playlist. Having trained under Claire Missingham in 2014, Eryck continues to study with Claire as well as assist at various workshops.
