Originally from Belgium, Laura came to London to train as an actress. Having always been interested in physical expression and movement, Yoga was a natural progression after graduating from drama school. Her experiences have helped her to develop practices which focus on body awareness, presence, alignment and voice work. Qualified through Yoga London Laura teaches a combination of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. Sharing her passion with others; Laura’s classes are fun, active and mindful. A positive way to start your day feeling open and relaxed.
