Come and get to know Natalie, our beautiful, fun-loving, Durban born Postnatal Yoga teacher.
Slightly OCD; life and soul of the party (pre-motherhood); lover of baking, reading and movies; Natalie loves exploring London with her daughter and friends; and drinking ice cold bubbles in the sunshine! Natalie is also a Nanny and Childminder.
Natalie has been teaching yoga for over six years and practicing for twelve. She specialises in Vinyasa Flow, Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga.
Natalie studied pre & postnatal yoga while pregnant herself, so was able to experience the teachings and practice for herself right from the start of her journey. She incorporates all her experience into her classes, holding space for expectant Mums and supporting new Mums and their babies.
Natalie trained with Yoga London – Vinyasa Flow 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, Apple Yoga 96 hour Pre & Postnatal, Baby Yoga and Massage, and Yogabeez Children’s Yoga (2-12 years).
