Tess has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Originally training as an Actress, she discovered yoga as a means to gain grounding and find calm and focus for the mind. Her regular practice has always been a huge part of her life as a way to sustain a connection and control over her body and breath.
She trained to teach a few years ago and more recently took the leap to complete her Ashtanga training in India at the Tattvaa Yogashala under the guidance of Yogi Kamal Singh. Tess’s aim as a yoga teacher is to encourage others to find stillness, connection and focus whilst having fun flowing, balancing and flying on their mats.
