A passion for movement led Toni to train as a dancer at Italia Conti Academy in London after receiving a scholarship in 1987 she worked as a dancer travelling the world and retrained as a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist in 2000 after injury and also discovered Yoga at this time.
She has been practicing many different schools of yoga for the last 15 years worldwide in California, New York, Melbourne and now back home in London. She is trained in various different styles of yoga from different schools including Hatha, Hot, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Pre & Post natal yoga.
Toni guides students through demonstrating and clear, warm dialogue teaching from the heart and believes it’s important to practice regularly to be able to teach with sincerity and understanding of the challenges and benefits a regular practice can bring encouraging students towards building a home practise.
With a smile and love for teaching she creates a playful, relaxed open space for you to enjoy the transformative qualities of yoga and its ability to cultivate space within the body and also within the mind.
Toni conducts one to one sessions with a wide range of clientèle from athletes to new mothers, she loves to share her passion of movement, breath and awareness through Yoga.
