These small private group classes are perfect, for Marathon Runners, Triathletes, Cyclists, anyone with an injury, or anyone just starting with yoga, and wanting to grasp the practice before taking it into a bigger group setting. Or if you already have a practice and want to go deeper, with tailored tuition, from one of your favourite Battersea Yoga teachers.

Small Private Course with Rain Maher: 9.30-10.45am Saturday 12th January – 2nd March
