Join Emily for an afternoon workshop designed to tackle the specific areas of the body that are most commonly weak, tight and in need of a good spring clean!
We will look at areas of the hips that often suffer from being sat down for too long, areas of the chest and spine that need reinforcing for better posture and learn how to adapt some of the familiar yoga poses to deepen your regular practice.
Start this Spring with a journey towards a stronger, more aligned and balanced body!
Open to all levels of yoga experience.
