Strengthening the Postnatal Body with Toni

After years of teaching postnatal yoga, Toni is offering a two-hour workshop focusing on key elements to strengthening the postnatal body. As a mother in her forties, she feels much stronger than she did before she gave birth to her son in 2016.
There will be anatomical explanations and demonstrations about how to adapt your practice to prevent injury as your children get heavier. We’ll focus on stabilizing the shoulders and hips, two overworked and usually very tight areas. There will also be controlled techniques to improve pelvic health, muscle separation and core stability.

 

This workshop is without the baby.

 

This workshop costs £25 and must be booked online.
