    We offer Hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, ashtanga yoga, pre and post-natal yoga, pilates mat classes as well as meditation and mindfulness. Click below for more information.

All treatments take place in our newly converted therapy room, Studio 2. This beautiful studio is spacious, bright, peaceful and private. Each treatment is 50-minutes within a 1-hour slot. It is possible to book double sessions for 1hr 50mins, availability depending. Please may we ask that you arrive on time, as we do not have a waiting area at studio 2. If you do arrive early for your appointment, you are welcome to sit in the waiting area of studio 1 (main studio).
