While working towards accreditation and her Diploma in Psychosexual & Relationship Therapy, Gemma works with a range of clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression and sexual, relationship or communication issues. Gemma will support you to gain greater understanding, resilience and a more compassionate view of yourself and your situation.
MASSAGE WITH ANTONIA
Antonia is trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage and hot stone massage. Combining techniques from her years of experience, she can provide clients with an individually tailored treatment plan targeting specific problems, as well as holistic solutions for mind, body and spirit.
OSTEOPATHY WITH ANKITA
Ankita strongly believes in a holistic and completely tailored approach to treatment. She is passionate about allowing patients to improve, understand and promote self-management of their conditions. Ankita enjoys working with patients of all ages, with a special interest in sports injuries, neck and upper back conditions, arthritic conditions and pregnancy and postpartum care.

Angie is a solution-focused cognitive behavioural coach, who can help you overcome inhibiting fears that prevent you from achieving your goals – so that you start to think more clearly, and put your energy and focus into making things happen in the way you want.
THAI YOGA MASSAGE
Thai Yoga Massage calms the mind, balances the body, boosts blood circulation and releases tensed along acupressure points. This muscular release will help free trapped energy within the body, as well as lengthening and stretching your tendons and soft tissue.
