Are You Curious About How To Become Happier?
Why Cognitive Behavioural Coaching works
Coaching gives you space and time to flourish. It keeps you focused on how to be at your best with easy-to-use strategies that draw on your personal experiences and unique strengths. Coaching is motivational and results-orientated.
Who is Coaching for?
Coaching is for everyone. My client base includes all level stakeholders from interns to CEOs as well as teenagers, carers and individuals with neurodiversity. If these statements resonate with your current situation, get in touch.
How does working with a coach work?
Using an integrative approach, I use positive psychology solution focused exercises to move you forward, and cognitive behavioural techniques to overcome any unhelpful thinking that may get in your way of progressing. At the same time we’ll focus on your health and wellbeing as this underpins how you feel about yourself, and how you behave.
We meet regularly. It’s important to create consistency and frequency to get the best out of coaching. The sessions usually last 50 minutes and for one-off sessions, can be up to three hours.
What’s the best thing about coaching?
You will be learning and practicing the tools, and techniques which will enable you to self-coach yourself for the rest of your life. That’s priceless.
