A gong bath is a form of sound therapy where the gong is played in a therapeutic way to bring about healing in the body. The experience is often likened to ‘being massaged all over’ by those who are sensitive as they feel their skin tingle and deeper sensations as the waves of sound vibrate through the body and trigger a tangible release of tensions.Restorative yoga is used to trigger the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for balancing the body. By stimulating this system, you experience a lower heart rate and blood pressure. This also helps stimulate your immune and endocrine systems in healthy way. When you experience stress or feel overwhelmed, it the parasympathetic nervous system that restores balance.

Just as we have a unique fingerprint, we also have a unique constitution which is derived at conception and stays the same for the remainder of our lives. Once we know what our constitution or ‘dosha’ is, we’re able to use this intelligence to enhance our natural qualities and support areas of our life. Join Ellie to find out and step onward on your journey of self enquiry! The results are often life- changing.
