Alignment and Posture Workshop
This will be a very hands on, practical workshop where we break down the alignment of several frequently visited yoga poses. We will explore elements of the foundations in the feet and using the knees correctly, as well as looking at the position of the lumbar spine and recruiting the core muscles correctly to support good posture.
This workshop is suitable for everyone, from beginners to strong intermediate level practitioners, as it will revisit and revise all the principles of conscious movement.
