Our beautiful, peaceful space is a sanctuary to a wonderful collection of students, teachers and therapists. We’re proud to host some of London’s finest yoga and mindfulness teachers; each one handpicked for their experience, knowledge and passion for their subject.
We’re experts in Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation. We offer over 50 yoga classes per week, plus specialist self-development courses, weekend events, yoga retreats, therapy, counselling and healing practices.
